The UNFPA West and Central Africa Regional Office is working on improving its communications and advocacy aligned to the new Strategic Plan 2018-2021 and ensuring that it is better positioned and seen to be bold, visible and vocal. This survey is part of a review process to assess needs and capacities as well as to understand internal and external public perceptions of its communication products and services.
