The RMNCH Technical Specialist works closely with the Ministry of Health and Social Welfare in ensuring high technical and programmatic support to the Noble Energyfunded
project in accordance with the principles of resultsbased management and good governance. Key technical efforts will include supporting global and country efforts that translate the most uptodate RMNCH evidence into effective implementation of RMNCH programmes addressing quality of medical care and health system challenges in different health care settings.
