In July 2015, with guidance from a new Regional Director, Mr. Mabingué Ngom, Representatives and heads of office of all 23 countries in the region met in Gabon to commit to this new spirit of cooperation and to discuss how best to move forward in the spirit of the new Sustainable Development Agenda.
